Les établissements Baillet ont été créés en 1972 et sont implantés dans le département des Landes. Succédant à son père Paul, Gérard Baillet allie tradition et nouveau concept de fabrication. Il équipe ses services des dernières technologies et construit un nouveau site industriel.
Il conserve une maîtrise totale de l’abattage de porcs en passant par la charcuterie et l’affinage des jambons.
Depuis plus de 40 ans, il entretient des relations privilégiées avec les bouchers, les charcutiers traditionnels et les supermarchés de proximité. C’est sur cette confiance que sa réputation s’est construite. Les établissements Baillet mettent leurs compétences au service de leurs clients.
